Uniforms

Our school uniform colours are bottle green, gold and black. There are no specific clothing brands that must be purchased, so parents can take advantage of a range of local providers.

Uniform dress code

The Compton School Governing Council approved the uniform dress code. It’s a Department for Education requirement that all children attending our school adhere to this dress code.

The uniformity of this dress code has the following advantages:

• Adds to the presentation of our school within both the local and district communities.
• Builds self-esteem amongst students through a feeling of belonging to a team and organisation.
• Discourages peer group pressure.
• Allows a cheap alternative when dressing children for school.
